Asparion D700 System

Asparion is expanding its successful D700 product line with the introduction of the new D700 Rack version, specifically designed for professional live applications. Over the past few years, the D700 system has established itself as a powerful DAW controller solution for audio, lighting, and media control applications. Thanks to its modular design, premium build quality, and flexible configuration options, the system is used worldwide in a wide range of environments - from recording studios and live events to broadcast facilities.

With the new Rack Version, Asparion responds to the growing demand from professional users for seamless integration into standard 19-inch rack systems. Supplied with dedicated rack mounting brackets, the controller can be installed quickly and securely, making it ideal for touring racks, control rooms and permanent installations.

The Rack Version offers the full functionality of the proven D700 controller. It features 16 high-precision 100mm motorized faders with a resolution of up to 4,000 steps, 17 RGB rotary encoders with 16 LED rings, and 76 programmable LED buttons, enabling fast, precise, and intuitive operation. Optional high-resolution OLED displays provide a clear overview of parameters, channel names, and level information at all times.

Like every component in the D700 series, the Rack version features a robust laser-engraved aluminium enclosure engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of daily touring and live event production. At the same time, it remains fully compatible with all existing D700 components and can be expanded with the D700F and D700S to provide up to 64 motorized faders.

Configuration is handled through Asparion's dedicated software, allowing every control element to be customized for a wide variety of applications. This makes the D700 equally suitable for audio software, lighting control, media control systems, and custom control applications. With the introduction of the Rack version, Asparion continues to expand the D700 platform, providing professional users with even greater flexibility for demanding control tasks - whether in mobile live productions or permanent installations. The new D700 Rack Version will be available starting in August 2026.
