The LEaT con 25 was a complete success! From October 14–16, 2025, the industry’s largest networking convention attracted more than 7,000 participants and nearly 400 brands to Hamburg. With a comprehensive and practice-oriented program as well as interactive highlights, the event once again solidified its position as the leading platform for the live and entertainment industry. The accompanying AVcon underlined the successful synergy with ProAV, the rapidly growing sector of professional AV, fixed installation, and system integration technologies.
LEaT con 25 was bigger, more diverse, and more content-driven than ever before. Held in halls A1 and A4 of Hamburg Messe, the event offered significantly more space for both exhibitors and visitors. The extensive program covered a wide range of topics - from AI in Action, Immersive Experience, and Production Reality to Personal Growth. Even uncomfortable realities were addressed in bold, high-level discussions, including panels such as “New Crisis, New Normal, New Growth – Where Is the Industry Headed?”, “Alliance of Voices: Shaping the Future of the AV & Event Industry”, and “TorTouring: Mental Health Between Stage and Burnout.” With more than 150 lectures, workshops, trainings, and discussions, LEaT con 25 created numerous valuable opportunities for exchange and inspiration. “With LEaT con 25, we have once again proven that we are the right platform for the future of event and entertainment technology. The event has not only grown in size but also in substance and relevance for the entire industry,” says Duc Nguyen, Director of LEaT.
With its own hall (A4), AVcon clearly demonstrated the powerful synergy between LEaT con and the ProAV community. The combination of exhibition, networking, and practical lectures on the AV Stage and at the AVcon Speakers Corner attracted great interest and emphasized the growing importance of AV and IT system integration. With a clear focus on AV over IP, AI in ProAV, Workspace & Conferencing, and Cybersecurity, AVcon offered a practice-oriented platform for professionals and B2B end users in the ProAV world. The conference program, developed in collaboration with AV-Solution Partner, reflected the full 360° scope of the ProAV industry - with sessions such as “Disruptive AV/IT Convergence,” “AI Meets Concrete,” and the AVIXA Women’s Council panel “The Changing AV Industry.”

LEaT con 25 impressed with its high level of interactivity and practical learning opportunities. Numerous workshops, console trainings, podcasts, and demo rooms offered hands-on insights into the latest technologies and workflows. Participants could experiment directly with new tools, exchange experiences, and deepen their knowledge. In the eight networking areas, complimentary drinks created the perfect environment for informal discussions and spontaneous connections. The Networking Night and the subsequent After Show Party at the end of the first day added a relaxed atmosphere for meaningful networking and strengthening relationships.
LEaT con will once again bring the industry together in 2026, from October 6–8, 2026, at Hamburg Messe. Preparations are already underway. And for those who can’t wait that long: LEaT X will take place on March 4–5, 2026, at the Motorworld Dampfdom in Munich—the perfect setting for focused conversations, trend discussions, and discovering innovation in a more intimate environment.
