Martin Audio September UK Open Days

Martin Audio, alongside sister brands TiMax, Linea Research and Optimal Audio, will host its UK Open Days at Martin Audio’s High Wycombe headquarters from 22–24 September 2026. Across three days, five application-led sessions spanning installation and live sound follow real-world challenges and show how the four brands can complement one another to achieve standout solutions.
New for this year, the Open Days will raise money for BackUp Tech with a £5 fee at registration that all goes to the charity, which provides financial and wellbeing support to technical professionals in the industry. The brand group will then match that contribution for everyone who attends, with a view to raising at least £4,000.
At the Open Days, projection mapping and immersive sound place visitors inside a hospitality space, a stadium bowl, a nightclub, a theatre and a festival site. The newly upgraded Wavefront Precision series joins BlacklineQ, CDD, FlexPoint and TORUS in the demonstrations, with TiMax handling spatial rendering, Linea Research providing amplification, and Optimal Audio showing the value of superior audio and simple, effective control with its ecosystem designed for small and medium-sized commercial venues.
“We want to go beyond spec sheets and provide real-world scenarios to which the industry can relate, whilst showcasing how the brands can provide an enhanced solution and a competitive edge to installers and rental partners alike,” said James King, Marketing Director. “The event is also a great opportunity to network, not just with all our staff but with industry connections too, as we get a real breadth of visitors, and it’s all done in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.”
Aimed at AV installers, system integrators, consultants and live sound specialists, the UK Open Days provide eye-opening insights even for the most seasoned audio professionals. “They’ll get solutions on how to tackle hospitality venues when staff have never been trained on a sound system, or how to maximise revenue for a stadium beyond the match ticket; what it takes for a DJ to flourish in their career; how auditoriums can cater for the widest possible event content; and how to maximise sound for a festival audience, while protecting neighbours from unwanted noise,” said King.
Attendees can join for a single day or drop in across the event to experience the programme which repeats each day from 09.30 to 17.00. The Open Days take place at Martin Audio Ltd, Century Point, Halifax Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3SL, with free on-site parking, complimentary lunch and refreshments throughout.
