Beatport, a global platform for DJs, producers, and electronic music professionals, will host Beatport Connect LA on September 25, 2026, at the W Hollywood Hotel. The one-day event brings together artists, DJs, and music industry professionals for discussions, workshops, and networking focused on the future of electronic music.

Returning for its second year, Beatport Connect LA expands to two dedicated rooms, creating space for deeper conversations across the electronic music industry. One room will focus on the cultural, technological, and industry trends shaping electronic music, while the second will feature practical sessions on artist career development, with first-hand advice from artists and industry professionals on branding, business, partnerships, and long-term career growth.

Beatport Connect brings artists, promoters, labels, technologists, and fans together to share ideas, build new relationships, and shape what's next for the industry. We're excited to return to Los Angeles on an even bigger scale this year," said Ed Hill, Chief Brand Officer at Beatport.

Beatport Connect LA will feature leading voices from across the electronic music industry, including Adrienne Fitzpatrick (Warner Records), Bailey Greenwood (WME), Katie Bain (Billboard), Maddy Savage (Ninja Tune), Matt Gralen (Beatport), Maurice Slade (SoundCloud), ? and Nicholas Douglas (NOTION), as well as artists Kitty Amor, MPH, salute, and Wuki with additional speakers to be announced.

The program will explore the future of electronic music, building sustainable artist careers, opportunities in sync licensing, and the changing landscape of festivals and live events. Featured sessions include "Electronic Music... What's Next?," "Progress, Pause or Regression? The Current State of Diversity in Event & Festival Programming," "Breaking into Hollywood Through Sync," "Building an Artist Brand in 2026," and "The Artist Toolkit: Building a Sustainable Career." There will also be the opportunity to meet with and discover forward thinking music and technology brands including Musical Beings, Hisong, Beatport.io, Gigwell & more.

In addition to the day's programming, Beatport Connect LA will feature a community breakfast in association with Her Dancefloor, championing and connecting women in music. The event will conclude with an industry networking mixer in the evening, offering attendees a chance to connect and unwind.
