KLOTZ AIS SpeakerLink

With the SpeakerLink loudspeaker distribution system, KLOTZ AIS introduces a professional solution for efficient cabling of complex loudspeaker setups in live applications. Its clever wiring concept combines multiple loudspeaker lines into a single connection, significantly reducing cabling requirements. SpeakerLink also eliminates the need for several cable adapters, saving valuable time during setup and teardown while freeing up space in the flight case.

Positioned behind the amplifiers, the first SpeakerLink box combines up to four loudspeaker channels into a single 8p speakON connection. All channels are then transmitted to the stage via just one loudspeaker multicore cable. At the other end, a second SpeakerLink box distributes the signals to four individual channels, A, B, C and D, or alternatively to the channel pairs A/B and C/D.

For connectivity, SpeakerLink features two 8p speakON connectors in female and male configurations, along with six 4p speakON male connectors. This connector arrangement follows the established female/male convention used by systems such as d&b. A wiring diagram laser-engraved directly onto the housing allows quick and clear identification of the connections, making correct cabling easier.

Made in Germany: KLOTZ SpeakerLink is also built to withstand the mechanical demands of professional live applications. Its rugged housing, made from 1.5 mm thick aluminium, provides excellent stability in everyday use. An integrated M10 thread for rigging, additional safety attachment points and non-slip rubber feet ensure secure mounting and reliable positioning on stage.
