How to resolve AdBlock issue? Tascam SS-R300N
Tascam introduces the SS-R300N, a new, network-enabled solid-state recorder and player. It has been developed for professional audio installations that require both reliable operation and easy system integration. Building on the success of the SS-R250N, the SS-R300N offers the same professional recording and playback capabilities, complemented by further enhanced network functions. This makes it ideally suited to modern AV, broadcasting and commercial applications. The SS-R300N can record to and play back from SDXC cards and USB flash drives at resolutions of up to 96kHz / 24bit. An external CD drive can also be connected, and an optional Dante interface card (IF-DA2) provides access to Dante audio networks.
The SS-R300N’s built-in Ethernet port enables secure server connections for manual or automated file uploads and downloads via FTPS and SFTP. The recorder supports Open Sound Control (OSC) and Q-SYS, allowing integration with external control systems. RS-232C, Parallel I/O and infrared interfaces enable further remote control and automation possibilities.
The SS-R300N offers a wide range of professional features, including scheduled operations, backup and relay recording across different storage media, and an offline editor for playlist preparation, among others. Another new feature is the option to mute the analogue outputs whilst recording. Compatibility with the SS-R250N and SS-CDR250N simplifies integration into existing systems.
