Sennheiser DeviceHub at InfoComm 2026

Sennheiser DeviceHub

Sennheiser, a company with expertise in advanced audio technology that makes collaboration and learning easier will showcase the continued evolution of DeviceHub, the company’s cloud-based device monitoring and management platform for professional AV environments, at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas, June 17-19, at booth C5313. DeviceHub will now include greater support for the TeamConnect Family - including the new TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Plus (TCC M Plus). ? InfoComm also presents an opportunity to discuss future DeviceHub developments with customers and partners, including DeviceBridge, a local application designed to expand compatibility across the Sennheiser portfolio.

DeviceHub enables centralized monitoring and management of compatible devices across rooms, buildings, and locations through a unified cloud environment. The platform supports distributed AV environments and modern operational workflows providing a scalable foundation for cloud-based device management across a growing range of Sennheiser solutions.

Visitors to the Sennheiser booth will experience DeviceHub alongside the new TCC M Plus, further broadening the range of devices that can be managed through DeviceHub. Together, they demonstrate how Sennheiser is expanding cloud-based device management across both new and existing AV deployments. "Since launching DeviceHub, one of the most common questions we've received from customers has been how and when additional devices will become part of the platform," said Iain Horrocks, Product Marketing Manager. "At InfoComm, we're showcasing the continued evolution of DeviceHub through new compatible devices such as TCC M Plus, while also sharing our direction for broader compatibility in the future.”

Since its launch earlier this year, DeviceHub has continued to evolve through ongoing feature development and regular platform updates. As the result of recent development, users can now carry out bulk firmware updates, which is a big efficiency gain for organizations with lots of devices to maintain. This type of improvement to the user experience can be attributed to a continuous development approach designed to support modern AV deployments and changing customer requirements. New functionality is introduced as soon as it becomes available, helping customers benefit from ongoing platform improvements and enhanced management capabilities over time.

As part of this continued platform evolution, Sennheiser is also providing an update on its broader compatibility outlook for existing deployments. DeviceBridge, a new local application currently in development, is designed to help bring existing Sennheiser devices into DeviceHub environments. Installed on a local on-premises server, DeviceBridge expands compatibility to existing devices that were not designed to be compatible with DeviceHub out of the box. Additionally, the application simplifies how supported devices connect into DeviceHub, by reducing the need to manage cloud connectivity individually across each device.

Initial DeviceBridge support is planned for TeamConnect Ceiling 2 and TCC M, with compatibility expansion planned post-launch, including SpeechLine Digital Wireless and EW-DX. Expected availability for DeviceBridge is Autumn 2026. "Together, DeviceHub and DeviceBridge represent an important part of our long-term vision for simpler, more scalable device management across the Sennheiser portfolio," said Horrocks. "We’re excited to share these exciting developments with customers at InfoComm."

InfoComm visitors can experience DeviceHub and TCC M Plus live at the Sennheiser booth C5313 from June 17-19, 2026.
