At the beginning of the year, the Rosenheim District Court officially lifted the insolvency proceedings of KATHREIN Broadcast GmbH. At the same Kme, Jörg Lippert and Dr. Hans Liebler assumed joint management of the company. With the formal conclusion of the proceedings, the restructuring process has been completed and the long-term continuation of KATHREIN Broadcast has been secured. Lenbach Capital had already reached an agreement with the insolvency administrator on the acquisition of the company in August and announced in December its intention to also acquire Kathrein Solutions GmbH. This opens up additional potential for both companies.
