With the new EBO..HM-NF Energy Fan OUT Adapter Boxes, LOTZ AIS introduces a robust and reliable solution for the safe distribution of electrical power in the event industry as well as broadcast and television production. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the rugged Fan OUT Boxes are available in versions with six or eight discrete 16 A circuits. The picture above shows the EBO6HM-NF.
Equipped with high-quality Harting HAN 16ES connectors housed in durable metal coupling enclosures, the Fan OUT Boxes enable reliable power distribution to or from an Energy Multicore cable, such as the KLOTZ EMC8HMFT. In addition to the Schuko fan-out version introduced earlier this spring, the KLOTZ AIS Energy Fan OUT Adapter Boxes are now also available with Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 connectors, providing even greater flexibility for modern power distribution systems.
On the multipin side, KLOTZ AIS uses an ultra-lightweight, impact- and scratch-resistant housing made from environmentally friendly recycled PE. The material offers excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations, weathering and chemicals, making it ideal for demanding professional applications. For secure rigging installations, the housing features an M10 threaded insert as well as an integrated safety lanyard attachment point. The power tails are fitted with premium TITANEX® H07RN-F rubber cables with a conductor cross-section of 3 × 2.5 mm². Their waterproof construction ensures safe and reliable power transmission, even under the harsh conditions encountered in live event environments.
